MCKENZIE

I built Covalent for the founders who love what they do, but are exhausted by what it takes to keep doing it.

After years inside the operations of multi–six and seven–figure businesses, I saw the same story play out again and again: visionary entrepreneurs buried under the very thing they created. The common advice? “Hire more. Work less.”

But it doesn’t happen overnight, and honestly, it never resonated with me, or with the founders I serve. We don’t want to step away entirely from our businesses. We want to fall back in love with them.
